Westhampton subdivision is located off of Westland Drive in Knoxville, Tennessee. The neighborhood was established in 1993. This neighborhood is centrally located in the heart of West Knoxville and is very convenient to shopping areas, restaurants and many businesses.

Our neighborhood includes a pool, nice wide streets for walking and riding bikes, as well as a walking trail along the creek in the woods. You will find a nice assortment of homes – all of which are well maintained. We have a neighborhood association that is run by homeowners who volunteer their time to ensure the neighborhood stays beautiful!
